This looks so exciting. I know it would help my district recover money waiting out there. And it’s priced right…I’d like to hear from anyone who has ideas on how fast the project would pay for itself–quick, I know. Can’t wait for our district to get started!

The project would pay for itself however fast your staff could get those missing improvements on the books. I would suggest to look at the missing improvements with the most value first and work your way down to those with the least. Once value is on the books, it can be taxed in the next fiscal year.
